Printed Forms

The forms above will need to be signed before your photography session.  I uploaded them so you can go ahead and read over them ahead of time.  If you need a different format to view them, just let me know and I can email you attachments.  You don't need to print these ahead of time as I can do that for you.  If you need a parent to sign the release ahead of time, that is fine to go ahead and print and have that done.

The contract is one that I have to fill rates into after discussing your needs.

Forms are continually updated as needed.  These are meant to give you an estimation of what the form will say.
